About Nick
Bio
I help my clients feel confident about their personal finances. I started my finance career working for two of the largest Wall Street firms. I founded my own company in 2022 (Nine Inning Finance) to focus on serving clients as an advice-only planner. I typically work with two groups of folks: 1) Those approaching retirement and asking: have we saved and invested enough to stop working? When can we retire? 2) Those looking for guidance with major life events: getting married, buying a home, starting a family, receiving an inheritance, starting to invest, receiving stock compensation, planning for early retirement, etc.

Personal Stuff
I am a big baseball fan (Go O's!). I managed a local youth baseball league for many years before I became a financial planner. That's how I earned the nickname, "Coach". My wife and I welcomed our son to the world in August 2024. He has brought a new joy into our lives! I also write a personal finance newsletter called Mound Visits: https://moundvisits.substack.com/

1 Hour Meeting with Nick
We met with Nick to discuss a question regarding options for taking a cash pension. Nick was able to answer our question completely, and introduced some additional things to think about that we hadn't prior to our meeting. As always, we value Nick's input on our retirement decisions.
